The cardio deck at SFC Gym is a hub of energy and movement. Equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, including advanced treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, and stair climbers, it offers a variety of ways to boost heart health and burn calories. Each machine is selected for its performance and user-friendliness, ensuring a high-quality cardio experience. This zone is perfect for warming up before a heavy workout, cooling down post-training, or engaging in a focused cardio session.
Our turf area is specifically designed for dynamic, high-intensity functional training. This versatile space allows for a range of workouts, from sprinting and sled pushes to agility drills and plyometric exercises. The turf provides a safe and effective surface for training that mimics real-world movements and scenarios, perfect for athletes preparing for competitions or individuals looking to enhance their overall physical performance.
The combat sports core of our gym is a testament to our commitment to martial arts and boxing. The area features a variety of punching bags and dummies, allowing members to practice different striking techniques, from boxing jabs to Muay Thai kicks. The centerpiece is our professional boxing ring, an authentic space for sparring sessions, technical drills, or simply experiencing the thrill of the ring. Adjacent to it is our MMA octagon, a fully-equipped arena for mixed martial arts training, from striking to grappling, providing a realistic environment for those looking to compete or train like a pro.
Our expansive mat area offers a dedicated space for a variety of activities. It's ideal for martial arts practice, including judo and jiu-jitsu, as well as for yoga, Pilates, and stretching routines. The mats provide a comfortable and safe surface for high-intensity workouts, tumbling, or practicing techniques.
